SARVΩm Beta Terms of Use

These are short Terms of Use for the SARVΩm beta. They are product terms, not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. This page should be read together with the Important Information About SARVΩm Beta notice.

SARVΩm is beta software

SARVΩm is in controlled beta. Features, wording, and workflows may change, be limited, break, or require reconnection during testing. Some modules (including Email Auto) may need a separate request or testing approval. You should expect occasional errors, incomplete extraction, and the need to review suggestions before acting.

Not professional advice

SARVΩm is not accounting, tax, legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Information shown in SARVΩm — including amounts, dates, GST, categories, reminders, AI suggestions, and accountant-prep fields — is for organisation and review only.

Not a final accounting system of record

SARVΩm is not a final accounting system of record. It is not a bank, payment provider, or lodgement service. It is not a replacement for original invoices, receipts, bank statements, or advice from a qualified professional.

You remain responsible for checking important information

You remain responsible for checking dates, amounts, payees, GST, documents, and other important details against original records before you rely on them. SARVΩm may misread, omit, or mis-file information. Do not rely on SARVΩm as your only check before paying, lodging, or making financial or legal decisions.

Keep original and source records

Keep original or source records where you are required to, or where you need them for tax, accounting, warranty, or legal purposes. Uploading a copy into SARVΩm does not replace your record-keeping obligations.

AI outputs are suggestions

Some SARVΩm features use AI to help extract, classify, transcribe, or summarise information. AI output is a suggestion. It may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. You must review it before relying on it.

Email Auto

Email Auto is optional. If you request and connect it, SARVΩm uses the Gmail API with read-only access to help find likely bills, receipts, reminders, and similar records.

  • Email Auto does not send emails.
  • Email Auto does not delete emails.
  • You must review Email Auto suggestions before acting on them.
  • During beta, Gmail connection may require reconnection or testing approval. Access may be limited to approved testers.

Accountant Preparation Workspace

Accountant Preparation Workspace (APW) is a preparation workspace only. It is not final advice, not lodgement, and not a final accounting system. If you grant access, a collaborator or accountant may see scoped records you share for preparation. You remain responsible for what you share and for checking the pack before it is used outside SARVΩm.

Important Documents

Important Documents is for records you want to keep in SARVΩm, including items marked sensitive. It is not professional custody and not a legal vault. Files are stored with other uploaded documents in private AWS storage. The extra unlock step for sensitive items is an access control in the app, not a separate encrypted vault.

Audio Journal

Audio Journal should not be the only record of important legal, medical, tax, accounting, or financial information. Do not treat Journal as a guaranteed long-term archive of original recordings. If you use AI transcription or summarisation, audio or transcript text may be sent to an AI service.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your login secure and use a strong unique password.
  • Do not share passwords or send them by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • Only upload or connect information you are allowed to use.
  • Do not misuse the service.
  • Review important information before paying, lodging, or relying on it.
  • Keep original source records where required.
  • Seek professional advice where appropriate.
  • Only grant collaborator or accountant access to people you trust.

Support during beta

Support during beta is best-effort. For account access, bugs, confusing screens, privacy concerns, security concerns, or feedback, contact SARVΩm support.

Beta access

SARVΩm may suspend, limit, or change beta access if needed for security, misuse, operational reasons, or beta limits.

Founding beta benefits

Regular constructive feedback may make you eligible for founding beta benefits, such as 6 months free access and a capped founding-contributor rate. Eligibility is not automatic and is subject to fair-use limits. There is no guaranteed free or lifetime access.
