How this step works

What you're seeing

Under Reports, Accountant Pack helps you prepare Excel, CSV, source documents, a missing-document list, and notes/README together. Records marked Use: Personal are not included in the pack for your accountant — Business, Mixed, Unsure, and unset records in the reporting period can be included.

What to do

  • Find it at Reports → Accountant Pack in the workspace.
  • Remember: Use: Personal stays out of the pack; Business, Mixed, and Unsure (and unset) can go to your accountant in the chosen period.
  • Use it to send organised records and supporting documents — your accountant still does the professional work.
  • Extract the ZIP first, then open the Excel file. Source document links work after extraction because the spreadsheet and document folder need to sit together.

Why it matters

A single pack reduces scattered files and makes handover calmer — and Personal records stay on your side, not in what you send.
